The strategic consultancy Winesmith Digital Studio builds on my 15 years experience leading digital projects, implementing technology infrastructure, crafting unique experiences, and supporting organizational transformation.

My focus has been on helping museums, galleries, libraries, archives and universities develop transformative digital projects.

Taking a user-centered design approach where possible, I have devised and led multiple award-winning projects in the US, UK, and Australia, across the technology, media, and cultural sectors. Since 2010, I’ve helped develop the digital experience strategy, and the technology required to support it, for the two large scale building expansion projects at the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. In 2018 I was named in Fast Company’s 100 Most Creative People in Business.

Based in Australia Winesmith Digital Studio offered a wide range of consulting services, with a focus on:

  • Incorporating digital into organizational strategic planning
  • Scoping technology infrastructure for cultural spaces
  • Developing strategies for large-scale, multi-stakeholder, digital initiatives
  • Helping executives create and sustain a culture of innovation within their organization
  • Creating and scaling artful XR experiences

Previous clients include museums, galleries, libraries, universities, tech start-ups, architects, artists and digital agencies.

Due to my current work commitments, I am not currently taking on paid clients. However, to continue this work, and to give back to the sector I love, I occasionally take on pro-bono digital strategy projects for non-profit cultural organisations. Please get in touch if you are interested in discussing future opportunities.
